Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Repeat Raven, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Repeat Raven. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Messaging rules

You may only send messages to recipients who have given you permission to contact them — with one exception: transactional messages such as booking reminders, appointment confirmations, and delivery updates do not require prior consent.

Every single message you send — promotional or transactional — must include a clear opt-out mechanism. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.

You may not use Repeat Raven to send spam, fraudulent content, hate speech, threats, or any material that violates applicable laws.

4. KYC & identity

If you intend to send one-on-one messages to individual clients, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid government-issued ID. We use this solely for verification and fraud prevention. We do not share your identity documents with third parties unless required by law.

5. Bring your own provider

Repeat Raven is a messaging orchestration layer. You bring your own SMS provider API keys (e.g., Twilio, your own carrier, or an Android device). This means your provider can trace every message back to your account. There is no anonymity.

6. Your responsibility

You take full responsibility for the content of every message you send. Repeat Raven provides the tools; you control the message, the audience, and the timing. If a message violates laws, regulations, or platform policies, you — not Repeat Raven — bear the legal and financial consequences.

7. Message storage

We store sent messages, received replies, delivery status, and related metadata so the platform can provide your unified inbox and outbox. We do not analyze message content for profiling, advertising, or training purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in illegal activity. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your API keys, configuration data, and stored message history are removed from our systems, except where we are legally required to keep records for longer.

9. Limitation of liability

Repeat Raven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for message delivery failures, provider outages, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Repeat Raven is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
