Compliance

How we keep messaging safe, compliant, and above board.

Identity verification (KYC)

If you want to send one-on-one messages to clients through Repeat Raven, we require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. You must provide a valid government-issued ID. This helps us prevent abuse and maintain trust across the platform.

Promotional vs. transactional

You need explicit permission from your clients before sending any promotional or marketing material. Transactional messages — such as booking reminders, appointment confirmations, or delivery updates — do not require prior consent. When in doubt, ask first.

Opt-out on every message

Every message you send through Repeat Raven must include a clear opt-out option — regardless of whether it is promotional or transactional. This is non-negotiable and is for your own protection. It keeps you compliant, maintains recipient trust, and reduces complaints.

You are responsible

You take full responsibility for every message you send. Repeat Raven provides the tooling; you control the content and the audience. If a message violates laws, regulations, or platform policies, the liability rests with you — not us.

Message storage

We store the messages you send, the replies you receive, delivery status, and related metadata so your unified inbox and outbox work. We do not analyze message content for profiling, advertising, or training purposes.

Bring your own keys

You bring your own API keys, which means your SMS provider can trace every message back to its origin. There is no anonymity by design. If authorities or carriers need to investigate a message, the trail leads directly to your account and your credentials.
