We collect as little as possible and protect what we do.
1. What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:
- Account information: name, email, and company details.
- Billing information: handled securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- API credentials: the keys you provide to connect your SMS providers. These are encrypted at rest.
- Message data: the messages you send and receive, plus delivery status and related metadata, so we can provide your unified inbox and outbox.
- Usage data: logs of messages sent, errors, and feature usage — purely for operations and support.
- KYC documents: a government-issued ID only if you enable one-on-one messaging. Stored securely and access-restricted.
2. What we do not do with message content
We store message content because that is how your unified inbox and outbox work. We do not analyze message content for profiling, advertising, or training purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not track you across the web.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the Repeat Raven service.
- Show sent messages, received replies, delivery status, and conversation history in your inbox and outbox.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us run the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing).
- Law enforcement or regulators, but only when legally compelled to do so.
- Your SMS providers, as required for message delivery.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. API keys are encrypted and access is strictly logged. Our infrastructure runs on hardened cloud providers with regular security audits. No system is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to us immediately.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@repeatraven.com.
8. Data retention
We retain your account data and message history for as long as you maintain an active account, so your inbox, outbox, delivery status, and conversation history remain available. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and stored message history within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it longer. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational and security purposes.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of Repeat Raven after changes means you accept the updated policy.
